Allergies...
We get questions from time to time about allergies and the bakery. Great Harvest deals in lots of different ingredients, and therefore we have all the popular allergy culprits in the bakery: all sorts of nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, etc. We try to be as careful as we can, and clean all the equipment between batches, but there is no guarantee since we share the space and the air.
Let us know your questions and concerns though, and we can do our best to accommodate, for instance, we are happy to get a clean knife and cutting board for your free slice, if you need to avoid a specific ingredient.
