Busy schedules - As the activity level constantly increases, we think that it is even more important to eat foods that give you lasting energy and good nutrients. At our house, that translates into making sure that we consciously choose whole grains. Here is how we get them in during the day.
Breakfast- Whole rolled oats or whole grain toast,
Lunch- Honey whole wheat or Triscuit crackers, and for
Dinner - Quinoa/ rice.
Pick something that suits your taste and then tackle your busy day.
