Whole grains...

We talk about them a lot and are proud to use freshly milled whole wheat in our bread, but why does this matter?  Whole wheat flour has more fiber and more vitamins and minerals than white flour.  It also has been shown to “help control blood sugar, ward off heart disease, and even assist in weight-loss management”(1). Something to consider as you factor in whole wheat into your eating plans.
